Gwinnett Technical College has signed an articulation agreement with Kaplan University, paving the way for GTC graduates to continue their education at Kaplan, one of the country's largest online and distance-learning institutions.
"We are pleased to be able to offer our students another avenue to continue their education. Kaplan is a global education provider, and their specialization in online education is a good match for many of our students who are balancing work, education and family as they pursue their education," explains Sharon Bartels, Gwinnett Tech president.
Kaplan University offers online master's, bachelor's, associate's and professional law degrees, as well as online certificate programs. In addition to providing course work online, Kaplan has 70 campus-based schools in 20 states.
Kaplan University will extend a full-range of benefits to GTC graduates, including discounted tuition and scholarships. To be eligible to transfer to Kaplan, a Gwinnett Tech student must have earned an associate degree, diploma or certificate from GTC.
